Delete your Fisho account
Version of Oct 30, 2026
You can delete your account and its data at any time, free of charge.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Fisho and sign in.
- Tap your avatar (top corner) to open the Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without access to the app
If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to fishoapp@gmail.com from the account's e-mail address, with the subject "Delete my Fisho account". If you no longer have access to that e-mail, write from another address with your name and the account e-mail: we may ask for extra information to confirm the account is yours. We delete within 15 days.
Delete only some data (keeping the account)
In the Fisho app you can delete each item yourself while keeping the account:
- Catches and photos: open the catch and use the menu to delete;
- Trips (with the day's plans, catches and photos): trip menu;
- Radar analyses: the ⋮ menu of the plan, inside the trip;
- Gear and its photos: Tackle tab;
- Profile photo: Profile → tap the photo → Remove photo;
- Favorite fishing spots and cities: Profile.
Each deletion asks for confirmation, also deletes the photo file and cannot be undone. If you need another kind of deletion (for example, the coordinates stored with a photo), write to fishoapp@gmail.com from the account's e-mail address, saying what to delete. We answer within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your login and profile (name, e-mail, level, species, favorite cities and fishing spots, profile photo);
- Trips, Radar analyses, fishing spots, notes and checklists;
- Catches and their photos (including the coordinates stored from the photo);
- Registered gear and its photos;
- Your test sign-up, if it used the same Gmail as the account.
What may remain
- AI usage and cost records, with no name or e-mail (the account is no longer linked to them). They are used only to calculate the cost of running the app;
- Backups kept by our provider, which it erases within 30 days;
- Whatever the law requires us to keep.
