Privacy of the Fisho US waitlist

Version of Oct 30, 2026 · courtesy translation: the Portuguese version prevails

This page explains what happens to the data you provide when you join the waitlist to test the Fisho app before launch. The closed test is currently open only in Brazil; we will invite US participants when it opens there.

Who is responsible

André Diehl Berquó, the developer of Fisho, in Brazil. Contact: fishoapp@gmail.com.

What data we collect

What we use it for

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the signup form. We do not sell or share your data. General numbers that identify no one (for example "120 anglers signed up") may be used to present Fisho.

Age

The test is for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 signed up, we will remove the signup.

Using the app during the test

When you use the app, we record, linked to your account, how many AI analyses and readings you request and what they cost. This is used to estimate the cost of running the app and to plan future plans. It does not include the content of your photos or notes.

Where it is stored

In a Supabase database, the service Fisho uses, which may store data outside Brazil (including in the United States). Only the person responsible for Fisho has access. Your Gmail is shared with Google only to give you access to the test on Google Play. By signing up from outside Brazil you understand that your data is processed in Brazil and by these providers.

How long

Until the end of the test period and the granting of the tester benefit, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, by writing to fishoapp@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days.
