Fisho Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Fisho, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This is a courtesy translation: if the two versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
Fisho is intended for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you declare that you are 18 or older.
1. What Fisho is
An app that helps you plan fishing trips: the Radar (AI analysis of the place), weather and the Fisho Score, the catch log, trips and gear records. Fisho is in a testing phase and may change, become unavailable, or have features altered or removed.
2. Suggestions come with no guarantee
- Spots, lures, techniques, times, Score, tides and weather forecasts are estimates generated by AI and third-party data. They may be wrong or incomplete.
- Fisho does not guarantee that you will fish or catch anything.
- The species suggested may not exist at the place. Always check reality and the local rules.
3. Your responsibility and your safety
- You are responsible for holding a fishing license where required, respecting closed seasons, size and bag limits, protected species, prohibited areas and the rules of properties and fishing lakes. Release the fish the law requires you to release.
- Fishing involves risks (water, weather, boats, banks, animals). Fisho is not a navigation or safety tool. Decide on your own whether it is safe to go, stay or return, and use appropriate safety equipment.
- Respect the environment and other people.
4. Your account
You must provide true information, keep your password safe and answer for the use of your account. We may limit AI use per day to control costs and prevent abuse. You can delete your account whenever you want.
5. Your content
- The photos, images, notes and records are yours. You authorize us to store and process them (including sending the images and data needed to the AI) and to show them to you, only to provide the service.
- Upload only images you are allowed to use (your own, or those the provider's license allows, such as map screenshots). You are responsible for what you upload.
- When you share a card or an analysis (WhatsApp, social networks), you decide who receives it: shared content may show the place and the date.
- Do not upload illegal or offensive content, or third-party content without permission.
6. Proper use
Do not use Fisho to break the law, try to bypass limits, access other people's data, copy or resell the service, overload the systems or reverse engineer it.
7. Brands, products and paid recommendations
Fisho may suggest products. When there is sponsorship, a partnership or an affiliate link, it will be identified in the app ("Sponsored"). Prices and availability are the stores'.
8. Paid plans
Today, use is free during testing. If paid plans are launched, the conditions (price, renewal and cancellation) will be shown before you subscribe.
9. Intellectual property
The app, the FISHO brand, the code and the design belong to Fisho. You receive a personal, limited and revocable license to use it.
10. Limit of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on the suggestions, from unavailability of third-party services (weather, maps, AI) or from internet failures. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law guarantees you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app when the change is relevant; continuing to use the app after the notice means you agree to the new version.
12. Governing law and contact
